Basic Training
Your FT Boot Camp training starts with a fitness evaluation. This includes a short regimen of exercises to determine your
relative level of fitness. You'll also have your measurements
taken, body composition analysis measured and a "before" photo taken.
The importance of the data collected really comes into play at the end of your training session. At that point,
your measurements and body composition data are collected again. The before and after data will typically show you, given
your level of commitment, marked improvement.
Diet Monitoring
Along with your exercise regimen, you'll also be introduced to your diet journal. To achieve change, you must monitor your diet
in addition to pouring yourself into the workout sessions. That means regular entry of the food and meals that you eat.
We'll give you guidance on what to and not to eat. The guidance also includes pointers to valuable online and offline (books)
material to add to your knowledge. You're highly encouraged to pursue and understand this material.
The Exercises"Out of the gym and into the field"

get's your body into a fat burning mode. As a result, our exercises place an emphasis on your body's cardiovascular system.
For example:
- Running
- Sprinting
- Ladder, cone and hurdle obstacle drills
- Plyometrics
- Partner exercises
- Weight training
- And plenty more...
Inside Your "Tour of Duty"
You're "tour of duty" starts with the fitness evaluation mentioned earlier. From there, you begin daily sessions with your
instructor. Sessions are every weekday for 60 minutes and last for six weeks. Be sure to show up on time and bring your
food journal. Of course, you can choose to enjoy a few extra exercises when you don't follow through.
At the culmination of your six week "tour," your measurements are taken again. Your final results typically involve a
sense of accomplishment that only comes from hitting tough goals.
